The euphoria that is the epidural
It's noon now, and we're progressing! Lydia is still dilated to a 3, but has thinned out to about an 80%. We had the anesthesiologist come in about half an hour ago and he administered the epidural. Her feet are numb, and the pain is much more subdued. Also, I ate a milky way. It was delicious.

When my wife got an epidural she went from a 3 to a 9 in about an hour, maybe that's what will happen with Lydia ;-)
